Plain language: what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
When you request a consultation we collect what you type into the form: your name, company, email, phone number (optional), type and size of business, what you're interested in, your message, and a preferred call time if you choose one. We also record which page you came from and campaign tags in the link (e.g. utm_source), and your approximate country from our network provider.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your request and arrange the call.
- To prepare for the conversation, so it's useful to you.
- To keep a record of our conversations if you become a client.
We don't sell your information or use it for advertising, and we don't add you to a newsletter.
Who sees it
Only Free The Boss staff. It's stored on our own servers. Emails are sent through our email provider. The spam check on the form is provided by Cloudflare.
How long we keep it
Requests that don't lead to working together are deleted after 24 months, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time: email [email protected].
